ويتيح موقع Youtube Map Explorer لمتصفحيه كذلك تعديل نصف قطر مجال البحث ، من 0 الى 30 كيلومترا ، اذ يجدر الذكر بان الموقع في بعض الأحيان لا يعطي نتائج صحيحة أو مدققة جدا نظرا لتعيين بعض المستخدمين لموقع يوتيوب لمكان أخر غير المكان الذين يقطنون به.
