آبل تكشف عن الحل لمشكل رسالة آيفون الغامضة

خلال اليومين الماضيين انشغل مستخدمو و المهتمون بشركة آبل بقصة الرسالة النصية القصيرة الغامضة  SMS  و التي تؤدي إلى تعطل كلي لوظائف هواتف آيفون بالإضافة إلى إعادة تشغيلها لنفسها بصفة متواصلة، و اليوم اعترفت شركة آبل رسميا بالمشكل كما قامت بتقديم حل مؤقت للمستخدمين.

و كان عدد من مستعملي هواتف آيفون قد تعرضوا خلال الساعات الماضية لعطل على مستوى أجهزتهم يؤدي في الغالب إلى تعطلها بشكل تلقائي أو كذلك إعادة تشغيل نفسها بصفة مستمرة و ذلك على إثر تلقي المستخدمين لرسائل نصية قصيرة غامضة، هذه الرسالة النصية مكتوبة بعدد من الحروف الغريبة بالإضافة إلى حروف عربية، و يشير الخبراء إلى أنها تتسبب في هذه الأعطال بسبب ثغرة أمنية على مستوى نظام تشغيل آبل "iOS".

آبل اعترفت بالمشكل و قامت عبر موقعها للدعم التقني بتقديم عدد من الخطوات للمستخدمين المتضررين من أجل التغلب على هذا المشكل، حيث يجب على المستخدم في البداية استعمال المساعد الشخصي "سيري" من أجل قرائة الرسائل غير المقروئة، ثم بعد ذالك استعمال "سيري" من أجل الإجابة على هذه الرسائل الخبيثة دون الاهتمام بمحتوى رسالة الإجابة و سيعود النظام للعمل بشكل جيد على أن يقوم المستخدم بشكل فوري بحذف جميع الرسائل الموجودة بما فيها الرسالة الخبيثة.

When I taught fourth grade in New York City, I always assigned a traditional Earth Day project, instructing students to make art out of recyclable materials such as empty toilet paper rolls and tin cans.
